A: As you may know CynSkyn is a small business located in Illinois. It is not possible for us to return any products back to our manufacture. To entertain any kind of return we would have to incur at least a 40% additional cost, which means to pass the cost back to you, the customer. Instead we ask you to buy products you are going to keep and use.
